These terms govern use of hourmate.in and related Hour Mate customer, companion and admin services.
Platform role
Hour Mate provides a technology platform for requesting companionship, everyday help and local services. Service availability, pricing and Mate assignment may depend on area, schedule, suitability and approval status.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Customers and companions must be legally eligible to enter into these terms. Companion accounts require approval before accepting bookings.
Bookings and pricing
A booking is a request until availability and assignment are confirmed. Estimated pricing is based on the selected service and duration. Any additional material or work charge must be explained and accepted before it is added.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for illegal, dangerous, abusive, discriminatory, clinical or sexually exploitative activity. Do not request tasks outside the agreed booking or share passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive records.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation eligibility may depend on booking status and time remaining before service. The applicable amount, if any, will be shown or communicated before cancellation is completed.
Safety and conduct
Customers and Mates must act respectfully, follow reasonable safety instructions and promptly report serious concerns. Hour Mate may pause, restrict or remove accounts or bookings to protect users and the platform.
Service limitations
Companion and home-care offerings are non-clinical unless expressly stated otherwise. Hour Mate does not replace emergency, medical, legal or other regulated professional services.
